Product Warranty

Our goal is to make products that are designed for a lifetime of use, heavy use. But we recognize and understand that things can go wrong and if they do we will be there to make it right. Our extended perception of ‘General Use” is a bit more broad than most folks. Because of this, if anything happens to your product please reach out to us regardless. Our Life Time Warranty covers but is not limited to zippers, hardware, stitching, and fabric defects. We also cover the failure of materials under normal use for its intended use. All Warranty claims are handled much like returns and similarly require an RA# (Return Authorization Number) before any replacement can be offered. Follow the link below to make contact with our Warranty Department to begin the process. Once an RA# is provided please follow the City Works Return procedures. Please note that all warranties require proof of purchase.



Occasionally we may be able to mend or repair warranty items which is up to the discretion of our warranty department. Additionally, if your item has been damaged and is not covered by our warranty we still encourage you to reach out to our customer service. If it can be fixed, we’d love to help.
